Pregnancy Due Date
Calculate your estimated due date.
About this tool
The Pregnancy Due Date Calculator estimates your baby's due date and current trimester based on either your last menstrual period (LMP) or your conception date. It uses the standard 40-week (280-day) gestational period.
How it works
- Select whether to start from your last menstrual period or estimated conception date.
- Enter the date.
- The calculator shows your estimated due date, current gestational week, and trimester.
Example use cases
- LMP-based calculation: An LMP of March 15 produces an estimated due date of December 20, placing the pregnancy at approximately 40 weeks from that date.
- Trimester check: Enter your LMP to see your current gestational week and confirm whether you are in the first, second, or third trimester.
Frequently asked questions
What if my cycles are not 28 days?
Standard LMP calculations assume a 28-day cycle. Longer cycles shift the due date later; shorter cycles shift it earlier. An early ultrasound gives the most accurate estimate.
